>  Is Chariot fully insured?

Yes, we are a fully insured business.

>  I’m considering getting my car washed every fortnight. Could we arrange a recurring appointment?

Absolutely. We may even be able to offer a discount rate after a few visits.

>  Why couldn’t I just use an automatic car wash?

You could, but they won’t clean your car as well. With the harsh brushes or corrosive chemicals they use, you also risk damaging your vehicle’s protective coating or paint.

>  What if I don’t believe my car was properly cleaned?

That’s unlikely, but if you’re genuinely not happy with some of the clean, let us know and we’ll fix it. We’re not happy unless you are.

>  What kind of cleaning products do you use?

We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products and methods that are safe for your vehicle and the environment.

>  Can I schedule regular washes without booking each time?

Yes! We offer the option to schedule ongoing regular washes at a frequency that works for you. You can set it up for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits.

>  How much do you charge?
